1) We maintain the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason we see fit.

2) Returns of defective merchandise will be accepted within 90 days of invoice for replacement or future BEV credit.

3) Due to the copyright-sensitive nature of our merchandise, we maintain the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that we feel has been tampered with in any manner.

4) We will reship mail orders seized by Custom's officials upon receiving the additional postage it costs us plus a 10% surcharge of the original purchase price. This surcharge covers additional shipping supplies and our time.
